摘要
This article focuses on the different charge and health indicators of battery energy storage systems to provide an overview of the different methodologies implemented in optimal lifetime assessment, as well as on some introductory simulations implemented to analyze the impact of model parameters. Our aim was to familiarize the reader with the importance of lifetime evaluation in Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) by using different models given in the literature. Introductory simulations in Simulink were implemented to illustrate the electrical and thermal responses of the BESS.
