摘要:
Improving the tribological performance of the bearing raceway surface is crucial for improving energy efficiency. In this study, python-like abdominal directional bionic textured surface filled with SAC-10wt.% Ti4AlN3 composite solid lubricants (BTSC) on 42CrMo steel was prepared and orthogonal experiments under dry friction and oil lubrication were designed. The results show that when BTSC is under oil lubrication, the overall weighted average COF is reduced by 17.01%, and vertical intertwining area is reduced by 24.5%. Combined with Frenkel-Kontorova model fitting and surface analysis, BTSC showed increased stiffness with the lowest and smoothest wear scar roughness. It is attributed to the formation of fluid-solid coupled synergistic lubrication on the contact surface, enhancing the sustained anti-friction and wear resistance.
