摘要
In traditional voting systems, challenges arise in verifying voter data and preventing data manipulation before it reaches the central database. This study introduces a comprehensive solution, combining blockchain technology, smart contracts, and smart card integration, to address these issues. By leveraging smart contracts and blockchain, we establish a secure and efficient method for validating the personal data of voting participants. Smart card technology streamlines the registration process, while blockchain serves as a decentralized, customizable database through smart contracts. This approach reduces the risk of counterfeit identity cards and ensures real-time data transmission, mitigating bottlenecks and enhancing audit trails. The adaptable E-voting and E-recapitulation system can be seamlessly implemented across various levels of government elections, from local to national, accommodating diverse geographic scales and data requirements.
