USE OF TECHNOLOGY AND FLIPPED CLASSROOMS IN HIGHER EDUCATION

The objective of the study was to determine the impact of the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) in the flipped classroom on students at UPLA, Huancayo, Peru. The research had a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, basic type and explanatory level. The sample was 110 students from the Faculty of Administrative and Accounting Sciences of the Accounting and Finance, and Administration and Systems majors. To collect the data, the survey technique was used and the questionnaire was used as an instrument, which were validated by expert judgment and its reliability was measured with the Cronbach's Alpha Coefficient. The results indicate a medium level in the variables use of ICT and flipped classroom with 50.91% (56) and 44.55% (49) respectively. It was possible to verify with Sig < 0.05 that the ICT use variable impacts the flipped classroom variable by 31.7% in the students of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences Huancayo, Peru.
