摘要
Emotional intelligence is a human ability that allows successful management of expressing emotions to rate feelings that facilitate thinking and a person's vior in different areas of daily life. Unfortunately, the pandemic of COVID-19, the current insecurity conditions, and the social crisis in the world cause emotional gence to weaken, especially in the integral formation adolescents. The research objective was to determine incidence of Spotify use on the emotional intelligence higher basic education students. The methodology three phases: i) The initial state of emotional intelligence was diagnosed using the Mesquite test. ii) A repository was created using Spotify. iii) The retest applied after using the podcast repository for five It was concluded that the podcasts reinforced the cipants' emotional intelligence, and factors such pathy, emotional communication, distress, and sadness were also assessed.
