摘要
To coordinate the use of heterogeneous distributed photovoltaic (HDPV) resource in the distribution network, improve the distribution network power return, and realize the economic and flexible voltage control of the distribution network, an optimal regulation method for distribution network cluster considering heterogeneous characteristics of distributed PV is proposed. First, the HDPV operation model is established for different types of PV inverter operation characteristics. Second, to prevent voltage overruns from occurring in the distribution network after the cluster division, a genetic algorithm is used to realize the cluster division of the distribution network containing HDPV by introducing the cluster voltage deviation sensitivity and improving the modeling method of the cluster division index of the distribution network. Further, based on the operational characteristics of HDPV and the results of the optimal division of distribution network clusters, an optimal regulation method for distribution network clusters considering heterogeneous characteristics of distributed PV is established. Finally, the improved distribution network of the IEEE33 node-system is used as an example for simulation verification, and the results show that the method has obvious function loss reduction, power backward optimization, and voltage overrun management effects, which can realize the effectiveness of regulation and control and guarantee the economic security of distribution network operation.
