摘要
Job satisfaction has been widely studied, however, in the library field it still has a long way to go, and its assessment is vital for the achievement of objectives in library institutions. This paper consists of a systematic review of the literature on job satisfaction in public university libraries. The PRISMA 2020 method was chosen to ensure the transparency and replicability of the review process. After applying the exclusion and inclusion criteria, twenty-one articles were selected for analysis. The results show disparity between job satisfaction scores, preference for questionnaires designed ad hoc for each research and relate satisfaction with different essential constructs for the development of library activity.
