摘要
The Holocaust is a historical event that is present in contemporary Sweden and is processed in the cultural sector, politics, research and the school world by both the Swedish majority society and the Jewish minority. During the 2010s, the grandchildren of the survivors have come forward and call themselves third-generation survivors. Some from that generation have voluntarily taken on the responsibility of telling the stories of their grandparents in both oral and written form. Together, these depictions form a transmedia narrative that contains mythical structures, elements and language use. The aim of the article is therefore to shed light on this pattern. The article is based on social anthropological fieldwork in Stockholm that was carried out during the 2010s. Observations were carried out at several locations in Stockholm and the surrounding area, and interviews were also conducted with people from the third generation. The analysis focuses on transmedia storytelling, primarily texts and radio programs produced by the third generation, and the structure, patterns, and linguistic symbols that the third generation has chosen to center the stories around.
