摘要
One-dimensional hybrid femtosecond/picosecond coherent anti-Stokes Raman scattering (fs/ps CARS) was used to measure the spatial distribution of temperature in an ethylene-air flat flame. Q-branch Raman transitions of CO2, N-2, and O-2 were targeted using an adjustable wavelength pump beam produced by an optical parametric amplifier and a three-beam planar BOXCARS phase-matching configuration. The spatial resolution in the dimension perpendicular to beam propagation was quantified to be 37.3 mu m/pixel. The one-dimensional measurements will be used in the future to study transient combustion systems such as a gaseous detonation wave.
