摘要
The occurrence of fatigue cracks on the metro bogie frames indicates that the specifications, which is used for frame anti-fatigue design and fatigue property verification tests, do not align with the actual operating conditions. Therefore, to guarantee bogie frame service safety, it is of high necessity to enhance the accuracy of fatigue damage prediction. In this study, by exploring the correlations and characteristics of the multi-source service loads acquired in field testing, a load spectrum, including amplitude, frequency, phase and order, was constructed. The completeness of the load spectrum was verified via a comparison of the measured damage with the damage predicted by the load spectrum. Finally, the universality of the load spectrum in other typical line was also investigated through the motor loads adjustment.
