摘要
In today's digital media landscape, seamless information sharing across diverse sources demands secure and reliable communication and transactions. Blockchain technology has emerged as a robust solution to ensure the security and integrity of multimedia data. Blockchain, characterized as an ordered set of records linked in a distributed ledger through a series of blocks, offers a decentralized and tamper-proof database system. Its significance becomes particularly evident in media convergence, where it serves as a foundation for securing multimedia records of users and ensuring data preservation and dissemination. Although many researchers are exploring the blockchain's potential for securing live and recorded data sharing and access control from a privacy and security perspective, data security remains a formidable challenge. To address this challenge, we propose a cognitive computing approach that leverages blockchain and ciphertext policy attribute-based encryption (CP-ABE) technology to secure healthcare multimedia records and facilitate secure and convenient data sharing. Our approach involves retaining essential information in an interplanetary file system (IPFS) using QR codes. Only the hash values generated by the IPFS networks are stored in the blockchain to enhance scalability. We compared our proposed scheme with existing schemes through a comprehensive performance evaluation and obtained compelling results. Our scheme demonstrates a remarkable 27% reduction in the computational time for configuration, a 4% decrease in authentication time, an 8% enhancement in peer-to- peer connection establishment, and a 23% reduction in data-sharing costs compared to recent and related schemes. This innovative framework represents a pioneering effort to integrate blockchain technology into QR codes, CP-ABE, and IPFS. This enables secure, transparent, and real-time data processing and tracking, which is a significant advancement in this field.
