This book review offers a critical assessment of the book Digit & aacute;lni obrat v & ccaron;esk & yacute;ch humanitnich a soci & aacute;lnich v & ecaron;d & aacute;ch edited by Radim Hlad & iacute;k (Karolinum, Praha 2022). The author refers to the challenges and perspectives of digital humanities as as a research field and, at the same time, a useful tool for research.
