摘要
The paper deals with the development of a new highly efficient technology for acrolein production by vapor-phase dehydration of glycerol on heterogeneous catalyst ZSM-5. A comparative evaluation of the efficiency of acid catalysts in the process of vapor-phase dehydration of glycerol to acrolein has been carried out. The influence of time on the stability and activity of catalysts in the processes of vapor-phase dehydration of glycerol was investigated. It is shown that with time the conversion of glycerol on all tested catalysts decreases, and the selectivity for acrolein on HX and HY in contrast to ZSM-5 and H beta increases. The dependence of zeolite deactivation and selectivity of acrolein formation on the concentration of acid centers and on the specific surface of zeolites after 10 h of the process has been established
