摘要
Ring-shaped Fe-Ni powder cores were prepared by cold pressing process using commercial powder with 10 mu m size insulated with phenol resin. The investigation focused on understanding the impact of compaction pressure on the magnetic properties of the powder core, encompassing variations in density, saturation magnetization, real part of permeability, and core loss. Notably, core loss P-cv values consistently demonstrated a decrease for powder cores compacted at high pressures, particularly in the frequency range above 100 kHz. At a frequency of 200 kHz and a magnetic flux density of 50 mT, the P-cv value decreased from 1635 to 1500 kW/m(3) with an increase in compaction pressure increased from 980 to 1960 MPa. Consequently, these findings suggest that the core loss can be reduced by optimizing the compaction process and heat treatment.
