Design, analysis and verification of thermal control system for satellite laser communication terminal

This paper mainly introduces the design, analysis and verification of thermal control system for laser communication terminal. Based on the problems faced by laser communication terminal, distributed local temperature control design is used for the laser communication terminal, with temperature control method combining active and passive. Thermal simulation, thermal balance test and in-orbit test are carried out successively for the laser communication terminal. The results show that the temperature of the laser communication terminal meets the requirements. Among them, the in-orbit test results show that the temperature of the optical system is 19.4 similar to 20.5 degrees C. The temperature stability is better than +/- 0.6 degrees C, indicating that the thermal design scheme is very successful.
