摘要
The properties of alkali-activated slag (AAS) cement were mainly affected by granulated blast furnace slag (GBFS) and activators. Due to the difference of raw materials and production technology, the composition of GBFS discharged from different steel plants and periods fluctuated greatly. The ratio of CaO/SiO2 (C/S) showed a great influence on the performance of AAS cement, in addition, even if the mix proportion was the same, there will be some differences in its performance. In the paper, AAS cement with different C/S was prepared by adjusting the constituent, and the effects of C/S on the its properties were studied, including fluidity, setting time, mechanical strength, autogenous shrinkage, pH, hydration heat evolution and hydrated products. The results showed that when C/S increased from 1.3 to 1.7, the performance development was relatively uniform and stable. The fluidity was good, and the setting time fluctuated little. The 28d compressive strength of AAS mortar exceeded 50 MPa.When C/S increased, the [SiO4]4chain length and the degree of polymerization of C-(A)-S-H gel decreased. Therefore, the C/S of AAS cement was recommended between 1.3 and 1.7.
