摘要
High-temperature-resistant and high-mechanical-performance wave absorbing materials possess significant potential for various advanced applications. In this work, the C/Al(2)O(3 )composites were prepared using a method involving vacuum impregnation, followed by a sintering process, where the carbon felt acted as the primary matrix and Al2O3 as the additive product. The results demonstrated the C/Al2O3 composites after one cycle exhibited the best overall electromagnetic wave absorption performance, achieving a minimum reflection loss of - 40.34 dB at 4.85 mm and 16.7 GHz. Furthermore, the compressive strength reached its maximum value of 0.11 MPa after one cycle of the production process. This study provides a comprehensive approach for the synthesis and preparation of high-temperature-resistant, high-mechanical-performance stealth materials, which could be instrumental in advancing the development of materials for potential applications requiring robust mechanical properties and effective electromagnetic interference mitigation.
