摘要
In order to improve the separation rate of carbon and kaolin in coal gangue, combined with the idea of "treating waste with waste," this paper tried to use cooking waste oil to flotation coal gangue. It is found that the recovery rate of combustible materials obtained by cooking waste oil is about 10% points higher than that of diesel oil, and the ash of kaolin enrichment is also higher. This paper investigates the mechanisms behind why cooking waste oil is more suitable for coal gangue flotation. The results indicate that cooking waste oil contains a higher proportion of oxidized components than diesel, leading to the formation of more hydrogen bonds between the oxidized structures of the waste oil and coal gangue. Furthermore, the interaction energy between waste food oil and coal gangue surface is greater than that of diesel oil. Specifically, the interfacial energy between cooking waste oil and low-metamorphic coal gangue is -86.3473 mJ<middle dot>m-2, compared to -74.6980 mJ<middle dot>m-2 for diesel. Similarly, the interfacial energy between cooking waste oil and high-metamorphic coal gangue is -89.3635 mJ<middle dot>m-2, compared to -76.2686 mJ<middle dot>m-2 for diesel.
