摘要
This study examined the experiences of young carers, with a special emphasis on the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic on them. A total of 26 young carers (Mage = 19.73; 84% females) participated in semi-structured interviews. All interviews underwent thematic analysis. Two overarching themes were delineated relative to young carers' lived experiences. Additionally, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, two additional themes were created. The insights from this study expand the existent literature on the multifaceted caregiving experiences of young carers, especially under the constraints posed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
