摘要
The hydraulic circuit in mechanisms can lead to vibration issues, especially with flexible pipes commonly found in test rigs, affecting pump noise, vibration, and harshness performance. This study aims to analyse circuit vibration behaviour through lumped parameter modelling and experiments. Experimental tests on a proposed pump assess outlet pressure spectrum in various test rig setups, complemented by numerical simulations. Tests are conducted within a chosen frequency range, representing realistic layouts where the hydraulic circuit setup can cause noise, vibration, and harshness anomalies. Practical design solutions are proposed to ensure consistent behaviour across the desired working range.
