摘要
In the era of big data, intelligent technologies have ushered in innovative knowledge service paradigms. Through the utilization of cutting-edge technologies, such as knowledge representation, semantic association, deep learning, and cognitive computing, scientific and technological information service platforms are undergoing a rapid evolution towards greater specialization and intellectualization. This paper outlines the design and development of an intelligent knowledge service platform tailored for high-speed railways. This platform efficiently integrates, statistically analyzes, mines, and organizes vast multi-source data resources pertaining to high-speed rail. It possesses the capacity to undertake comprehensive, interdisciplinary, strategic, forward-looking, and predictive scientific and technological decision-making and research initiatives, thereby providing professional, personalized, and precise knowledge services that align with the demands of engineering technology decision-making and scientific research.
