摘要
High current and high stability carbon nanotubes (CNTs) field emission cathode is studied for application in cold cathode magnetron in this paper. And this cathode was prepared by printing the mixture of CNTs and silver paste. Under impulse excitation the CNTs cold cathode has a high field emission current of 100 mA and good field emission stability when the concentration of CNTs was 8%. This study would be helpful to realize the cold magnetron and the application of cold cathode in other vacuum electronic devices.
