摘要：

GTN is primarily treated with chemotherapy, but surgery retains an important role for both primary management and salvage therapy. Surgery may help manage acute bleeding, but surgical options should also be considered to treat isolated sites of chemoresistant disease as even distant metastases may be successfully managed with favorable long-term outcomes.
