摘要
This paper empirically investigates how executives' international experience influences green innovation in manufacturing firms, using data from China's Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share markets. The results indicate that executives with international experience greatly enhance the level of green innovation within these firms. Further heterogeneity analysis indicates that the nature of property rights and the degree of financing constraints within the sample enterprises play a significant moderating role in how executives' overseas backgrounds influence green innovation in manufacturing firms.
