摘要
This paper presents a design for a circularly polarized multiband patch antenna with a fractal element specifically developed for WiFi 6/6E applications. By integrating a fractal element, the multiband operation and circular polarization characteristics of the antenna are further improved. The proposed antenna design with total size is 57x75x1.6mm(3) exhibits remarkably high gain performance, achieving gains of 6.4 dB, 6.3 dB and 3 dB within the 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz frequency bands, respectively. In addition, it exhibits excellent impedance matching across these bands, which promotes efficient power transmission and consistent wireless connectivity. A key advantage of the proposed design is its simplicity, which enables low-cost production and easy integration into wireless systems. The antenna has a simple feeding mechanism that further reduces complexity. These features make the proposed antenna a cost-effective and efficient solution for WiFi 6/6E applications.
