摘要
This research focuses fixed-time stabilization (FTST) and fixed-time synchronization (FTS) within fuzzy inertial neural networks (FINNs) that features discontinuous activation functions (DAF) as well as mixed delays. First, we embrace amore general model, which with fuzzy items and state-switched connection weights. Then, we extend the result of FTST to FTS. Next, by creating aperiodically semi-intermittent controller (ASIC) and utilizing the principles of non-smooth theory, we derive the stability criterions for FTST. Lastly, in the simulation portion, we demonstrate the effectiveness and practical application of our findings through two concrete examples.
