摘要：

In this article from the journal Gruppe. Interaktion. Organisation. the Digital Leadership Assistance Platform (DigiLAP) is introduced. It discusses the scientific development, the structure and the main functions as well as the initial results of the evaluation. In addition, potential benefits and the usefulness for personnel development and leaders are presented and, finally, the potential for further development in the future is discussed.
