摘要
Ammonia (NH3), as a promising hydrogen carrier, is favored by researchers because of its high hydrogen content (17.8 wt%), easy liquefaction, high safety, and zero carbon molecules. In this study, MOF derivatives FeNi @ NC with different Fe and Ni ratios are synthesized by calcining FeNi-MIL-101 at high temperature. Their performance in the ammonia decomposition reaction is investigated when the molar ratio of Fe to Ni is 6:4, catalyst exhibits the highest adsorption sites, facilitating the adsorption of reactive species. At 650 degrees C and an air velocity of 30,000 mL h- 1g-1 cat, the ammonia decomposition and conversion rate reaches 98 %, and the H2 production rate is 32.82 mmol H2 g-1 cat min- 1. Under the condition of 600 degrees C and 60000 mL h- 1g-1 cat, the activity of the catalyst is maintained for more than 120 h, with high ammonia decomposition efficiency and catalyst activity life.
