摘要
Ultrasonic intelligent water meter is easily affected by external acoustic wave or fluid, which leads to large fluctuation of forward and countercurrent flight time difference measured. Therefore, the corresponding data filtering algorithm must be designed to reduce the influence of interference factors on measurement accuracy. According to the principle of time difference method and typical hardware module structure of ultrasonic water meter, a filtering method of ultrasonic intelligent water meter based on Kalman filter is proposed. The experimental system of meter calibration platform is built, the data acquisition scheme is designed, and the filtering performance of mean filter algorithm, median filter algorithm and Kalman filter algorithm used in this paper are tested under different flow and temperature. The experimental results show that the MAE and MSE indexes of Kalman filter algorithm are better than average filtering algorithm and median filtering algorithm.
