摘要
The importance of the whole person including their faith, spirituality, and religious beliefs in psychological therapy is considered. This article then focuses specifically on the Sikh faith while referencing the living Guru, Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, in relation to the six key principles with the overarching goal of psychological flexibility in one model of psychological therapy: acceptance and commitment therapy.
