摘要
The rubber extruder is one of the crucial foundational equipment in tire manufacturing, playing a key role in ensuring product quality. In order to enhance the quality of tires in this production process, we have adopted a digital twins four-dimensional model to monitor the status of the rubber extruder (DTRE) in real-time and to ensure the stability of tire quality through precise control of the production process. The DTRE consists of four parts: Physical Entity (PE), Virtual Model (VM), Digital Twins Connections (DTCS), and Twins Services (TS). This DTRE is data-driven, with communication between the PE and VM established via the TCP/IP protocol, accurately reflecting the operational status of the real machine. Using a rubber extruder from a company in Qingdao as an example, we have confirmed the effectiveness of the model by creating a one-to-one rubber extruder model and testing its performance.
