摘要
Recent geopolitical shifts and fragmented global value chains have significantly impacted international business ecosystems. Protectionist policies have driven regionalized and diversified supply chains, particularly in strategic industries. This study uses change point detection to examine how cooperative strategies between the South Korean government and corporations impact the battery industry. Findings reveal that supply chain diversification is essential for managing geopolitical risks, with coordinated government and corporate strategies enhancing resilience. This research highlights the critical role of government-corporate collaboration in mitigating geopolitical crises and provides empirical insights to inform future global supply chain policymaking.
