摘要
The practice of law is at an international level one of the oldest and most necessary activities to maintain legal balance and provide justice in different situations. The training of legal professionals must be a process of constant analysis and transformation in order to adopt the variants that favor the training of professionals and the updating of those already trained. The research carries out an analysis of the training process of legal professionals at the Regional University of the Andes, Tulc & aacute;n headquarters, where instruments are applied to the teachers of the career to obtain data on the work carried out in the training of professional ethics in the students. Some findings have been found about the importance of the study of legal deontology, which has not been given sufficient importance despite several current circumstances of corruption in which legal professionals are immersed in their jobs. It was possible to confirm the existence of several difficulties that affect the training of a competent, ethical professional with moral attitudes to dispense justice, in which it is necessary to create new courses, workshops or different activities that enhance the development of this important value within of the judicial system and its practicing professionals, from the undergraduate training, where the University, Faculty and career directions play an important role, with the purpose of achieving the necessary training objectives for the graduate.
