摘要：
The aim of the 2nd annual conference on public procurement of construction works was to address current issues of legal regulation of public procurement of the construction works and services related to the works, and two separate sessions addressed current issues in the resolution of construction disputes and the regulation of price and time limits in public procurement of construction works.
