摘要
To promote the low-carbon transformation, coal mine makes full use of derived energy to generate heat and power. In addition to supplying coal production, excess energy can be exported to participate in retail transactions for profit. This paper constructs a bi-level two-stage risk-aversion scheduling for coal mine integrated energy system (CMIES) participating in electricity retail market. The upper level optimizes the two-stage comprehensive operating benefits along with the risk-aversion based on the Conditional Value-at-Risk (CVaR) theory, while the lower level minimizes the users' power purchase cost and benefit loss for demand response. The dynamic retail price and transaction volume are determined by the Stackelberg game between the two levels. The results show that the risk-aversion two-stage stochastic optimization method can effectively adapt to extreme scenarios and improve the robustness of operation scheme.
