摘要：
Psychogenic dysphonia is a voice disorder in which the anatomical structures of the larynx are primarily unaffected. The larynx function and symptoms are the same as in functional dysphonia. The cause is a pathological psychological process [1-4]. The influence that voice therapy in combination with other interventions can have on the symptoms is explained here using a case study.
