This article analyzes the employability of graduates in automotive electromechanics (2021-2023), a key factor in poverty eradication according to the 2030 Development Goals. Using a descriptive, correlational, and non- experimental methodology with a mixed approach, 60 students from the Unidad Educativa Luis Felipe Wajarei were surveyed. The results highlight the need to improve professional internships and the curriculum. Additionally, many graduates took more than a year to find employment. It is concluded that employability is linked to the level of satisfaction with professional training.
