摘要
Resonant tunneling diode (RTD) oscillators are considered promising candidates for developing novel terahertz electronic devices owing to their capability of ultrahigh-frequency operation. Here we demonstrate gigabit wireless data transmissions at approximately 860 GHz using an RTD transmitter and receiver based on an on-off keying modulation.
