摘要：

Data management plans are tools for planning the use of research data for research projects. This research discusses the importance of data management plans to ensure the availability and reuse of research data. It addresses the difficulty of data reuse and the significant investment in the development and use of data management plans for research, driven by incentives from funding agencies. It presents the history and concepts of data management plans. Based on the literature retrieved in searches in national and international bibliographic databases, it lists and presents the characteristics of 15 tools for developing data management plans. It concludes with an understanding of current trends in scientific research, which are moving towards the integration of data management plans into the research ecosystem.
