Welche Auswirkungen hat ein mehrteiliges Interventionsprogramm mit kognitiven Trainingselementen und Lebensstilveranderungen auf die kognitiven Funktionen von Alteren mit leichten kognitiven Beeintrachtigungen und subjektivem kognitiven Abbau? Wang et al. wollten diese Frage beantworten und kommen in ihrer randomisierten und kontrollierten Studie zur Wirksamkeitsprufung ihres Programmes zu einem positiven Ergebnis.
