摘要
The legal system and legal science are open and complex systems that interact with the environment and other social systems, such as political, economic, cultural and environmental, and these interactions influence the interpretation and application of legal rules. For these reasons, this paper aims analyze, from a bibliographical and deductive research, the exercise of Brazilian constitutional jurisdiction, especially of judicial review of the legislation, as an instrument of protection and promotion of fundamental rights from a complex constitutional hermeneutics, which requires interdisciplinary dialogue between the law, especially constitutional law, and other scientific knowledge, lending itself to both the public hearing as useful and democratic dialogue. The research concluded that the hearing of specialists and experts will allow the court bodies to know the peculiarities and different views about the specific case and, with that, they had more information and technical and specific knowledge on the subject to better judge. And the appropriate space for the realization of this dialogue is the public hearing, which presents itself as a space for interdisciplinary dialogue between law and other scientific knowledge.
