Leisure and education in the training of Religious Science teachers: giving new meaning to religious intolerance

摘要
Leisure is a social phenomenon and its study has an interdisciplinary character and can contribute to different areas of knowledge. Religious intolerance is a serious social problem thatjustifies conflicts, wars, disputes and prejudices. Therefore, this communication aims to understand how the training of Religious Sciences teachers can be improved and innovated to address religious intolerance in schools. A pedagogical experience was carried out and analysed with students of Religious Sciences from an institution in southern Brazil, in the mountainous region of Santa Catarina. The results obtained confirm that leisure and education studies enhance pedagogical actions in the fight against religious intolerance, such as the organization and holding of the religion fair.
