摘要
In this study, quaternary chitosan(QCS) together with a magnesium-organic framework (MgMOF) constructed by coordinating Mg2+ with gallic acid(GA) were incorporated into methacrylated gelatin(GelMA) substrate to develop a multifunctional MgMOF@GelMA/QCS composite scaffold based on cryogenic 3D printing technique. The results indicated that the incorporated QCS and the released Mg2+ and GA with the degradation of MgMOF endowed the 3D printed GelMA scaffold with excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory activity. Furthermore, in vitro cell culture assays revealed that the prepared MgMOF@GelMA/QCS scaffold exhibited a good cytocompatibility and osteogenic activity to facilitate the growth and osteogenic differentiation of MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts, demonstrating a great potential for bone tissue engineering applications.
