摘要
This paper describes a general technique of directly linking thermal voltage converters to the revised SI by measuring their AC-DC transfer differences using an AC quantum voltmeter. Preliminary measurements at frequencies from 10 Hz to 3 kHz demonstrate agreement with conventional characterization of better than 1 mu V/V.
