摘要
The term "Rehabilitation 2.0" is derived from "Health 2.0" and describes a patient-centered advancement in postoperative care through the use of new technologies such as digital health platforms, telemedicine, and artificial intelligence. Individualized rehabilitation plays a central role in optimizing the healing process. Demographic, psychological, and shoulder-specific factors influence the healing process and should be incorporated into postoperative care. Integration of technologies such as smartphone apps, virtual reality, and augmented reality can enhance rehabilitation, reduce the need for frequent doctor visits, and improve the subjective rehabilitation experience. Despite promising approaches, further research is needed to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of these technologies.
