Secure Reinsurance Data Sharing Scheme Based on Blockchain and Multi-level Attribute-Based Encryption

摘要
As an important component of the insurance sector, reinsurance allows an insurer to protect itself from the risk of large claims by passing on some of its insurance liabilities to other insurers. Sharing reinsurance data between different institutions can simplify the reinsurance procedure. However, data sharing between different institutions poses challenges regarding privacy protection and access control. To address these issues, we propose ReinChain, a blockchain-based secure data sharing scheme that realizes access control of hierarchical data. In access control, we design ML-ABE to manage various types of data access control and enable access to data of different sensitivity levels. Finally, we have simulated the proposed scheme on Hyperledger Fabric. The security analysis and simulation experiments show that the proposed scheme is secure and robust in encryption and decryption.
