摘要：
On the one hand, mountain glaciers have traditionally been considered as assets, treated in terms of state ownership and, on the other, they have been treated as areas protected by environmental legislation through regulatory zoning. However, there is an urgent need to further preserve them; owing to global warming, their protection is becoming a global issue. The theory of the commons and the theory of the rights of nature could also contribute to a collective reflection on their conservation.
