摘要
With the proposal of double carbon goal in China, it is inevitable that vast new energy with adjustable flexibility are connected to the power grid. However, the inherent randomness and volatility of new energy also bring great challenges to the real-time power dynamic balance and operation of the power grid. As a typical representative of flexible load, it is of great significance to accurately evaluate the adjustable potential of electric vehicle (EV). Therefore, this paper proposes an assessment method of the adjustable potential of EV aggregation taking demand response into account. Firstly, the travel rules and operation characteristics of EVs are studied. Secondly, considering the factors such as state of charge, adjustment amount and electricity price, a quantitative demand response model of EVs is established based on Takagi-Sugeno-Kang fuzzy method, and the adjustable potential of EVs is evaluated. Finally, the validity and rationality of the model is verified by the simulation analysis of the dynamic vehicle data in Wuxi.
