Magnetization dynamics in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/LaTiO3(δ)/SrTiO3(001) thin films

摘要
We have used ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) technique to study the magnetization dynamics and interfacial inhomogeneity in La0.7Sr0.3MnO3(15nm)/LaTiO3(d)/SrTiO3(001) heterostructures. The variation of linewidth.H with polar angle (theta(H)) is a very sensitive tool for quantitative analysis of magnetic inhomogeneity at the interface. We have considered the intrinsic Gilbert damping and extrinsic factors to quantify the magnetic inhomogeneity at the interface. The thickness variation of the interfacial LTO layer show changes in both intrinsic and extrinsic factors. The 2D electron gas (2DEG) at the LTO/STO interface and associated Rashba spin-orbit interaction is responsible for the change in magnetization dynamics of LSMO (15nm) films.
