摘要
The general objective of this work was to analyze the impact of the environment within companies on the sense of well-being of the administrative officials of the Santa Elena Educational District. It was theoretically based, with a basic, quantitative approach in which the survey was used as the main technique for collecting information using the questionnaires of Pa & uacute;l Spector (1985) to measure satisfaction and that of Litwin and Stringer (1968) to measure the organizational climate; It had an adequate analysis to obtain the results in order to identify the impact that exists on the workers' sense of well-being and contribute internally to the improvement of processes in the institution. The specific hypotheses H3, H4, H5, H6, H7, H8 were accepted, except for H2, which is rejected as this dimension has no impact, which causes the general hypothesis H1 to be partially accepted. The results obtained show how the variables are related, although with variations in the influence of their different dimensions, which encourages the creation of improvement strategies within the Santa Elena Educational District to improve the organizational environment of the institution to thus positively affecting the sense of well-being of workers for the benefit of students.
